We’ll Make It Right

Every order should arrive shipshape and ready to wear. If we send the wrong item, or your apparel arrives damaged, misprinted or defective, we’ll provide a replacement or refund.

Please contact us within 30 days of the purchase date at support@velagear.shop  if you believe your order qualifies. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue so we can get things back on course.
